Susan Marie Philips

Susan Marie Phillips, age 71, of Hiawassee, GA passed away peacefully on October 16, 2025. Susan was born on February 13, 1954, to Benjamin and Juanita (Barton) Williford in Cordele, GA. Susan worked as a human resource officer for Dekalb County for a number of years. Susan was a kind and caring woman who focused her passions on working as a healer who specialized in energy work. She was also an animal lover and her pets were everything to her. Susan also loved her family and friends dearly, and she will be deeply missed.

Susan is preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Williford; brother, James Williford. She is survived by her daughter Aprel Phillips (Christopher); her mother, Juanita Williford; her sister, Elaine Cullina and her husband Jim; her step-kids, Jeffery Phillips (Christine), Jayn Lawson (Kevin), and her step-grandchild Jenna Williams.
