Sandra Marie Nicholson

Sandra Marie Nicholson, age 61 of Hiawassee, Georgia passed away, Saturday, May 3, 2025 after an extended illness. Sandra was born September 12, 1963 to the late Delmar and Katherine (Blanchard) Tipton in Toledo, Ohio.

In her younger years she enjoyed hiking and fishing with her husband Nicky. She also loved reading and her diamond dot puzzles in her free time. She never met a stranger and would help out any of her loved ones when needed. A very strong willed woman who loved her family with all of her heart, she will be truly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Nicky Nicholson; son, Michael Lovingood; brothers, Roger Tipton, Willie Tipton, Jacob Davis and spouses; grandchildren, Brittany Lovingood, Brian Lovingood, Jonathan Burrell; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and extended family.
