Richard Mack Brown

Mr. Richard Mack Brown, age 77 of Black Mountain, NC (formerly of Hiawassee, GA) passed away on June 04, 2012 following a period of declining health. He was born to the late Richard and Mary (Conner) Brown on September 16, 1934 in Hiawassee, GA. He was preceded in death by one sister, Minnie Reynolds, a brother-in-law, Dee Bradley and sister-in-law, Norma Jean Ledford Brown. He is survived by his brother, Jack Brown, of Hayesville, NC; sister, Susie Bradley, of Hayesville, NC; brother -in-law, Bobby Reynolds, of Hayesville, NC; nephews, Dean Brown and Gary Bradley’ nieces, Debbie Davenport, Lynn Carline, LeAnn Hodges, Michelle Rhinehardt and Karen Brown. Graveside services were held on Friday, June 08, 2012 at 10:00 AM from Ivey Mount cemetery in Hiawassee, GA with Pastor Raburne Wilson officiating. Music was provided by Jeannie Pyle. Banister Funeral Home of Hiawassee in charge of arrangements.
