Phillip Lemar Lovingood

Phillip Lemar Lovingood, age 58, of Hiawassee, GA passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 after a brief illness. Phillip was born January 13, 1963 to the late Boyd Sr. and Inez (Johnson) Lovingood in Hiawassee, GA. He was a member at Calvary Baptist Church in Hiawassee, GA. He was a genuine and selfless man that had godly love to all his family and friends that he loved. Phillip was a very dedicated worker to Brasstown Valley Resort for almost 30 years. He never met a stranger and always tried his hardest to give a compliment. He was a protector, caregiver and a sacrificial man, Phillip will be missed by all he knew and loved.
He is preceded in death by his above mentioned parents; brothers, Grady(Joann) Lovingood, Arsel Lovingood, Wayne Lovingood, Leon Lovingood; sisters, Alice(Clay) Woodring, Mary Ruth Burch, Marie Lovingood and brother in law Willie Allen.
He is survived in death by his soul mate, Vickie Peppers; brothers, Max (Frances)Lovingood of Hiawassee, GA, Boyd Andrew Lovingood Jr. of Greenville, SC; sisters, Margie Allen of Cornelia, GA, Karen(Frank) Rodriguez of Franklin, NC; sister in laws Margie and Donna Lovingood; brother in law Buford Burch and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service: Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Macedonia Cemetery with Pastor Frank Rodriguez officiating.
