Ollie Jane Bell Parton

Ollie Jane Bell Parton, age 96, of Hiawassee, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022. Ollie was born on May 22, 1926 to the late Lester and Ada (Youngblood) Dills in Hiawassee. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Mrs. Parton enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking for her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Evon Parton; son, Charles Parton; brothers, Riley Dills, Howard Dills and Floyd Dills; sisters, Willie Connard and Althea Adams; son-in-law, Donnie Bryant. Ollie is survived by daughters and sons-in-law; Barbara Ann and Charlie Colville, Juanita Bryant, Monita and Bart Rodgers, Evelyn and John Mitchell, Charlotte Parton, and Charlene Lamb; sisters, Helen Wood, Shirley Godfrey, Betty Clark, and Faye Harry; ten grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
