Mildred Frances Harper, age 92, of Hiawasse passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. She was born to the late Mr. Adam and HAttie (Nicholson) Foster in Hiawassee, Georgia on November 21, 1931. Mildred was a member of Lower Hightower Baptist Church. She loved caring for her flowers and working in her garden. She was independent. loved living in the country and her family. Her nieces and nephews recalled how good she always was to them.
Mildren is preceded in death by her above mentioned parents; husband Edward Harper; brothers Willis Foster, Truett Foster and Daris Foster. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Visitation: Thursday. May 9, 2024 1:00-2:00 PM at Banister-Cooper Funeral Home
Funeral: Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM at BAnister-Cooper Funeral Home.
Interment: Lower Hightower Baptist Church
