Martha Cullars

Mrs. Martha Cullars, age 97, of Hiawassee, Georgia, passed away on April 13, 2016. Mrs. Cullars was born on April 29, 1918 in Rivedale, Georgia to the late James Hopson and Ione (Huie) McElroy. Martha was a member of Riverdale Presbyterian Church and was active in Sunday School and Women’s Circle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Cullars; brother, James McElroy and her sister Ione Parrott. She is survived by her son, John Cullars of Chicago, IL; nieces, Sheryl Branson, Susan Phillips and Anita Marchand. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Mt Pleasant Methodist Church cemetery in Riverdale, Georgia. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the cemetery from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity.
