Marilyn Yvonne Kaiser

Marilyn Yvonne Kaiser, age 89 formerly of Hiawassee, Georgia passed peacefully on May 16, 2025 in Madison, Alabama. Yvonne was born on August 28, 1935 to the late Lloyd E. Hadaway and Cora Mae Taylor. Yvonne lived within Madison, Alabama since the 1980s, but she always maintained close ties with her Georgia family. Growing up, Yvonne attended Towns County schools and graduated in 1952. Yvonne later moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she married Howard John Kaiser and they raised two daughters, Cheryl and Denise. While in Michigan, Yvonne became employed by the Chrysler Corporation, but when operations moved to Huntsville, Alabama she relocated to Madison in the 1980s. Yvonne was a member of Madison Methodist Church. Yvonne was a devoted caregiver for her mother Cora when she became sick. Within her spare time, Yvonne was also an avid reader. Yvonne is survived by cousins Jerry Taylor, Vivan Penland, Jerry Kennedy, Betty King and her special neighbor Maria Shepard, and other friends and relatives. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 7th, at 1:00 at Banister-Cooper Funeral Home. Interment will take place following services at Enotah Cemetery.
