Jana Suzanne McClure

Jana Suzanne Harkins McClure went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on July 3, 1961 to the late John and Margaret Harkins in Macon, GA. She was an avid fisherman who also enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Her world revolved around her family. She was also a member of the Lions Club. Jana is survived by her husband of 33 years, Robby McClure, daughter; Sarah McClure of Young Harris GA, son; Matthew McClure of Hiawassee, GA, grandchildren; Zoe and Wyatt Woody, sisters and brothers-in-law, Johnita and Carl Gene Gay of Tequesta, FL, Jenni and Charlie Gregory of Blairsville, GA, Jessie and Jim Buchanan of Blairsville, GA, a number of nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Jacob McClure and her brother, Jay Harkins. Funeral services were held on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the chapel at Banister Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Deaver and Bishop Raburne Wilson officiating. Interment followed at Antioch Baptist Church cemetery with Bishop Ryan Wilson officiating. Music was provided by the Wilson Family. The family received friends on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 6-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North Mt. Zion Property Fund P.O.
