James "Jim" Michael Dickert

Mr. James “Jim“ Dickert age 83 of Hiawassee , passed away on January 2, 2026

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Thomas and Francis Yeager, Dickert, along with his loving wife, Margaret Elizabeth Dickert.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Christine and Jim Donnelly, and his son James“Jamie“ Dickert ,both of Hiawassee, Ga. along with his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Mitzi Dickert of Jacksonville, FloridaHe is also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews along with other family members who he loved and cherished dearly.

He loved spending his time in his shop woodworking, along with leather working. He also enjoyed making wine, playing his guitar, camping, and keeping the “ ole fire““burning.
