Geraldine Agnes Griffin, age 82, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024 at her residence in Towns County. She was born on October 19, 1941 to the late Mr. Gordon and Georgia (Limerick) Hines in Guildford, England. Geraldine is of the Christian faith. She was a private person who loved politics, reading and spending time with her family. Geraldine is preceded in death by her above-mentioned parents. She is survived by her husband of sixty-two years Anthony Griffin; son and daughter-in-law Bradley and Sheri Griffin; brother John Hines; sister Catherine Sturgess and grandchildren Cameron Griffin, Renee Nelson, Jenifer Nelson and Corey Read (Lauren) and had 2 great grandsons along with extended family and friends. Geraldine will be deeply missed.
No services are scheduled and the family requests a donation to the humane society in lieu of flowers.
