Fredrick Frick

Fredrick Frick, age 87, of Hiawassee passed away peacefully on Monday, January 19, 2026. Fred was born February 4th, 1938 to Odo and Agnes "Katy" (Thomas) Frick in North Carolina. Fred was a man of faith and a devoted member of Union Hill Methodist Church. He was a graduate of Americus High School, and a member of the Army Reserves. Fred owned Frick's Menswear where he was a clothing merchant for many years. Fred was also a member of his local civic club. He was married to the love of his life, Donna Hines, for 19 years in November after reconnecting with each other later in life. He was known as a great and loving father who was a joy to everyone in his life. In his free time he was an avid baker and enjoyed cooking and traveling in their RV with his wife Donna and their two dogs Bella and Holly.

Fredrick is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Donna Hines; sons, Robert Frick, Trey (Leigh) Beauchamp of Douglasville, GA, Christopher Lee Beauchamp of Douglasville, GA; daughters, Charlotte (BJ) DeBardeleben of Auburn, AL, Ashley (Eric) Walker of Hiawassee, GA, and Holly (Alfredo) Gracia of Brooks, GA; grandchildren, Tatum, Piper, and Amelia DeBardeleben, Dagney Foster, Bridgit Tolentino, Megan Daniels, Cameron, Spencer and Dylan Beauchamp, and Gavin Langelier.
