Estie Ann Henson

Mrs. Estie Ann Henson, 86, of Columbia, SC, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Born in Young Harris, GA, on April 1, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Saul Henry Nichols and Dessie Mae Nichols.

Mrs. Estie was a down-to-earth lady who appreciated the simple things in life. She enjoyed spending time “getting her hands dirty” while gardening to grow the prettiest flowers. Most of all, she loved her family.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 67 years, Ray Henson; granddaughters, Tiffany Divers (Benjamin) and Tracey Hinson (William); great-grandchildren, Wyatt Divers, Raelyn Divers, Savannah Hinson, and Liam Hinson; siblings, R.L. Nichols, Sam Nichols, Sue Lovell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation:  Saturday, June 14, 2025, 11:00-2:00 at West Union Baptist

Funeral: Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 2:00 at West Union Baptist Church 

Burial will immediately follow in the West Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
