Donna Ledford

Mrs. Donna Ledford age 56, of Hayesville, NC passed away on January 01, 2013 following a period of declining health. She was born to Luther and Grapelle (Anderson) Brown of January 15, 1956 in Detroit, MI. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Dennis Ledford, of Hayesville, NC; mother, Grapelle Brown, of Hayesville, NC; daughters, Portia Ledford, of Hiawassee, GA; Becky Booe, of Minnesota; sons, Chris Ledford, of Hiawassee, GA; Ryan Nichols, of Hayesville, NC; sisters, Peggy Secura, of Ohio; Karen Brendle, of Blairsville, GA; three grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 03, 2013 at 11:00 AM from Banister Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Michael Anderson and Rev. Phillip Booe officiating. Music was provided by The Joyful Sounds. Pallbearers were: Shane Gribble, Andrew Rhodes, Joey Phillips, Jody Smith, Brett Nash and Josh Warman  Interment was in Lower Hightower Baptist Church cemetery. Banister Funeral Home of Hiawassee in charge of arrangements.
