Dewayne Carlton Harper

Dewayne Carlton Harper, age 60, passed away on Tuesday 14, 2026 in Hiawassee, Georgia. He was born in Moses Lake, Washington on November 5, 1965 to William and Mary Harper. Dewayne was someone who never met a stranger, and was always there to lend a helping hand. He was a humorous man who was always telling jokes. He was a talented musician who loved to pass time playing his guitar. He was known for his craftiness and woodworking skills. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.

Dewayne is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Keith Harper. He is survived by his wife, Susan Harper; daughter, Ressie Harper (Starla); sister, Tammy Hamilton; and grandchildren, Brielle and Hayden Harper.
