Belinda Gail Shook

Mrs. Belinda Gail (Bright) Shook, age 52, of Hiawassee, Georgia passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017. Belinda was born in Hiawassee, Georgia on January 11, 1965. Belinda was a member of Union Hill Methodist Church. She loved crafts, painting, fishing and her dog, Hilary Faith. Belinda was preceded in death by her brother, Shane McClure. She is survived by her mother, Shirley Moss Karlsson; brother, Christian Bright; grandmother, Lois Moss; aunts and uncles, Paul and Martha Moss, Roger and Joan Youngblood, David Moss, Hearl Bright, Luke Bright; niece, Jocalyn McClure; nephew, Austin McClure; a host of friends also survive.

Visitation: Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Banister Funeral Home from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Service: Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Banister Funeral Home at 2:00 PM with Rev. Glen Eller officiating. Music provided by Sheila Eller. 

Interment: Following the service at Burch Cemetery. 

Pallbearers: Mikel Ledford, Kevin Moss, Roger Youngblood, Allen Martin, Jeff Underwood and Kyle Underwood

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Banister Funeral Home to help defray expenses.
