Archie Kye Reese, Jr.

Mr. Archie Kye “Bubba” Reese, Jr. age 80 of Hiawassee, GA passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2013 following an extended illness. He was born to the late Archie  Sr. and Ruby (Gunnels) Reese on April 07, 1932 in Columbus, GA. He was a member of Unicoy Lodge, Macedonia Baptist Church choir and the Hardee’s Breakfast Club. He is survived by his wife, Marlene Reese, of Hiawassee, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and John Erickson, Kay Petty, Kris and Terry Kelly; Kelly and Ken Markham; step-daughter, Julie Wallace; step-son, Scott Wallace; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM from Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Harold Ledford officiating. Music was provided by LeAnn Wesley and Stanley and Karen Wood. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations and contributions be made to: Regency Hospice, P.O.
